Comparative Bar Chart Worksheet

xlsx, 18.13 KB

The two names in the data set are the location of our school's different campuses, but obviously can be amended to whatever fits your setting. The worksheet also contains a checklist to remind students of key elements when constructing bar charts. I&'ve found this works particularly well as a scaffolded activity with students struggling with presentation, or as a homework. As an additional little challenge, there is no scale given either so students have to deduce this from the data set and example given.

Fab worksheet for the lower learners. Great for helping them to remember and add the key elements.
